We are seeking an experienced and motivated executive to lead our Central Corporate Field Team in driving revenue growth and expanding SAP's presence in key accounts.

Role Overview

The VP Sales, Corporate Field, will be responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets while driving net new logos and expanding SAP's footprint in existing accounts. This role requires a "hunter" sales strategy that creates early engagement and effective relationships with target accounts and partners to build and close opportunities for SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned SAP sales team to maximize solution sales, customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and territory management.
  • Develop and manage the revenue pipeline for the team, working closely with IAEs, product specialists, and partners on sales strategy and solution offerings.
  • Leverage channel and influencer/partner networks to drive indirect revenue.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through broad participation across the sales team.
  • Maintain an active presence with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Build a network of executive relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide exceptional transactional sales support to sellers, channel teams, and partners in key deals.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP line-of-business, product, services, sales, channel, and marketing teams.
  • Develop, monitor, and review the overall Partner Strategy for the territory.
  • E nsure proper sales hygiene for the team, including account planning and pipeline accuracy.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, motivate, and retain a high-performing team of driven account executives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years overall experience, with 3-5 years demonstrated sales leadership experience in net new "hunting" territories.
  • Enterprise and mid-market software sales experience.
  • Proven sales execution in net new account territories.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales.
  • Account segmentation, territory and resource deployment strategy, route-to-market mix.

Compensation Package

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
