Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0978194 BC LTD o/a Milestones Grill and Bar. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and food service counter attendants.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery to our guests.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Setting

This role is based in a fine dining establishment with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
