Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline processes to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members, and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts, optimize resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
- Language Skills: Conversationally fluent in both French and English.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
