About the Role:
GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Service Delivery Manager to lead our operational efficiency efforts and drive strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing streamlined processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Conduct and manage daily operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience.
- Language Skills: Conversationally fluent in both French and English.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
