Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Indian Masala Bar & Grill. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.

About the Job

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and helpers, as well as training new employees in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. Additionally, you will inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
What We Offer
