Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Manchu Wok. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations and Administration: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
