About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our sales team at Mobler Furniture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about modern design, customer service, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client leaves with a positive experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our furniture collection, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and other related duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Availability to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends.
