About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Southpoint Station Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision

Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Sales Floor Management

Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.

Customer Service

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.

Work Conditions

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.

Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
