Retail Store Manager

Vickys Convenience is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with our inventory team to ensure timely restocking of merchandise and maintain optimal store displays.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales team to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage Cash: Accurately manage cash transactions and maintain a secure and organized cash handling process.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
