Retail Store Manager

Vickys Convenience is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including supervising sales staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Oversee the merchandising of the store, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including processing transactions, managing cash, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including training, evaluating performance, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
