Job Title: Physiotherapist
Job Description: At PHYSIOCAN, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled physiotherapist to join our team. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for administering evaluative tests, assessing patients' physical abilities, and planning physiotherapy programs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
- Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patients' physical function
- Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
- Confer with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients to promote independence and self-care
- Evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- 5 years or more of experience as a physiotherapist
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
