About the Role
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch service via phone, email, and web chat. You will be responsible for identifying client needs and showcasing the best options, meeting sales and service targets, and supporting both inbound and outbound initiatives.

About You
We're looking for a customer service superstar with 1-2 years of experience and a knack for handling phone interactions like a pro. You'll be fluent in English and have Microsoft O365 skills in your toolkit. Bonus points if you speak French TICO certification is a plus, but not required.
