Join Our Team as a Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team at Handyman Connection of Metro Vancouver, BC. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating the cutting, shaping, and installation of building materials during construction, remodeling, or repair in a residential and light commercial setting.

Responsibilities
  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of various types of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
  • Determine and identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
  • Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.
Requirements
  • Current Driver's License and a clean background check.
  • Tools, vehicle, and good references.
  • Experience in the remodeling or home repair trades.
  • Pass a screening process.
  • Independent Contractors must carry liability insurance and workers' compensation.
  • Smart phone and access to the internet.
