Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Viva Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, security, and cost.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP features and services, and apply this knowledge to improve our cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on GCP.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, availability, and security.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
