About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Robinhood. As a key member of our Cloud Infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing large-scale cloud infrastructure systems that meet the needs of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure systems using AWS and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive optimizations and improvements to our infrastructure and systems.
  • Lead organization-wide collaboration and contribute to open source projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the long-term security, reliability, and scalability of our technology stack.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with building large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in AWS or relevant cloud technologies.
  • Bonus points for open source contributions within Kubernetes.
