Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
