Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of food services operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that food services operations are profitable and efficient.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all food services operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food services management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
