We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our High-Rise construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile High-Rise projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Provide expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions.
- Develop and implement project strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints.
- Lead and grow the Division and teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in High-Rise project management.
- Proven expertise in High-Rise construction, including experience with project planning, procurement, logistics, and installation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
