Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and arranging travel itineraries. You will also be responsible for maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our hotel's information systems, and ensuring that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering telephone calls and messages
- Arranging travel itineraries
- Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
