About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at RC Family Ontario Inc. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT Projects: Assign and oversee IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate IT Initiatives: Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks, supervising staff, and evaluating performance.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Recruit and Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Authorize Specifications: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Incidents: Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution, minimizing disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in data analytics and IT project management.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Language: English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
