Data Analytics Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at RC FAMILY ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our data analytics efforts, driving business insights, and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analytics capabilities remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
