Data Analytics Manager Job Description

RC FAMILY ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Manage incidents
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
