About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Youtools Services Group Inc. as a key member of our product development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to drive engineering work, aligning with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work and individual growth.
  • Technical Oversight: Evaluate and approve technical designs, specifications, and engineering work, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in product development and technical leadership.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with expertise in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
