Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to provide mentorship, development, and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and safety regulations
  • Manage company fiscal standing and maintain facilities
  • Oversee the purchase and maintenance of technological equipment
  • Represent the company's image through active engagement in the community

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Minimum 3 years of aviation management experience
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in aviation
  • Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
