About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Caregiver to join our team at Résidence des Bâtisseurs - Rivière-du-Loup. As a Medical Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities: Help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assist with feeding and serving meal trays.
  • Provide mobility support: Safely transport residents in wheelchairs or stretchers, and assist with walking and transferring.
  • Administer basic care: Assist with bed making, laundry, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Respond to emergencies: Administer first aid and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience.
