Job Title: Beneficiary Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Beneficiary Caregiver to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and codes of ethics
Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on your observations
Proactively assist and support residents
Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
Carry out health and hygienic care to residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity
Answer call bells
Respond to all emergency situations

Requirements:

PDSB training
Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
