Role Summary

This role is responsible for supervising food and beverage daily operations, monitoring compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orders food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
  • Supervises daily F&B/culinary shift operations and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, monitors quality, and standards and meets the expectations of customers on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $72,000 annually. Marriott International offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
