About the Role

As a Senior Operations Analyst - IAM Specialist at Quanteam (Groupe RAINBOW PARTNERS), you will play a critical role in supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives in the Americas region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that security controls are efficiently and effectively implemented to meet the organization's security objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve IAM policies, procedures, and security controls in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor IAM controls for regional business activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with global teams to document and assess existing controls, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Respond to audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing status reports and risk metrics for senior management.
  • Coordinate IAM efforts across different business units, both locally and globally, contributing to risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development of IAM security roadmaps, policies, and procedures, participating in the creation and implementation of an operational reporting framework.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a global organization and familiarity with a range of policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of IAM tools such as CyberArk and SailPoint, and proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Training in information security practices and solutions.
Work Environment

This is a full-time permanent position, with 50% remote work and residence in Montreal required. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French considered an advantage.
