Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday production support, with experience in troubleshooting process issues, condition rules, and calculated fields. You will be responsible for managing Workday functional tickets, collaborating with Workday functional experts, and developing end-user guides and SharePoint learning contents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 front-line support for Workday queries, raised by end-users.
  • Manage Workday functional tickets by investigating issues and providing resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents assigned, escalating to Tier 2 support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Workday functional experts on change requests, testing and providing support as required.
  • Develop and maintain Workday end-user guides and SharePoint learning contents.
  • Contribute to Workday end-user adoption and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Workday production support environment.
  • Prior experience in a production support environment covering one or multiple functional areas.
  • Excellent understanding of Workday core modules and security.
  • High-level attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual language skills (English and French) are preferred.
