Job Title: Lead Pharmacy Business Development Manager

Location: London, ON

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our pharmacy business development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive pharmacy sales growth, improve market share, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, improve staff productivity, and enhance staff development.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of customer service, and optimize pharmacy operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of pharmacy experience, with a proven track record of business development and leadership.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
