Job Summary:
Evertz is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet staff and visitors, answer incoming calls, and transfer calls to the appropriate extensions.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, place supply orders, and ensure the cleanliness of the boardroom and surrounding areas.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 6:00pm and some statutory holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, time management, and multitasking skills.
