Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to work with adolescents in a group home setting. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to clients, while also maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and office support as needed
  • Implement life skills workshops to promote independence and self-sufficiency
  • Assist with household chores and meal preparation
  • Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support
  • Supervise activities and provide guidance to clients
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with adolescents in a group home setting
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Certifications in ASIST, Mental Health First Aid, and NVCI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
