About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Corporate Product Management/Development team at Liteline Corporation. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our product lines and contributing to the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Define product requirements, pricing, promotion, product launch, inventory level planning, and product obsolescence management.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, define target markets, understand customer needs, and create a Market Requirements Document.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Outline Product Roadmap, define margin goals/management, perform product line analysis, collate competitor analysis, manage product enhancements, align sales forecast with inventory requirements, and coordinate product launch and obsolescence activities.
  • Product Pricing: Determine product pricing using market research data, competitive benchmarking, and reviewing production and sales costs.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate product launch activities with Sales and Marketing, create product collateral, outline features and benefits of products, and manage set-up of product information within online tools.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years progressive product management accountability, positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotion plan to positively impact market share. 3+ years industry experience (lighting or similar industry) working in marketing and sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management capabilities, ability to work effectively across functions, creative thinking/analytical problem-solving skills, ability to conduct technical presentations, basic programming or scripting knowledge, system knowledge (ERP, CRM), and Microsoft Office fluency.
