Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Paymentus Holdings Inc. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in driving business growth and strategy through product development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development and Innovation
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Lead product development initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and prioritize business needs and develop product solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead and manage a team of product development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective product development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
- Present product roadmaps, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and plans.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in product development and innovation.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Technical Skills
- Experience with software development and solution design.
- Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other similar tools.
- Experience in payment processing or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in product management or a related field.
This is a full-time position that will work in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
