Position Overview:
The Manager of Product Innovation will play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive solutions across the organization, spearheading technological advancements, and establishing platforms that underpin our innovative strategies. This role encompasses three primary areas of focus:

1. System Initiatives: HomeLife is committed to fulfilling the evolving needs of its members by leveraging the latest technological advancements. The Manager of Product Innovation will proactively identify and address member requirements, ensuring that HomeLife's offerings remain at the forefront of industry developments. The ideal candidate will possess experience in driving technological transformations within large organizations, staying informed about new solutions that can enhance member experiences, and securing stakeholder support for innovative tools and methodologies.

2. Global Expansion: As HomeLife prepares for ambitious global growth, we seek to revamp our corporate processes, emphasizing large-scale management across diverse geographical regions while ensuring efficiency, accountability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing existing workflows, designing new processes that align with corporate objectives, and executing a smooth transition to these enhanced methodologies.

3. Product Development: Recognizing the potential for significant efficiency gains through the adoption of advanced technologies, the Manager of Product Innovation will coordinate with vendors to ensure that delivered products meet our specifications and performance goals. Additionally, this role will involve creating in-house teams dedicated to agile development, ongoing maintenance, and support tailored to our organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven technological and business insight.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong grasp of current IT best practices, project management, and business process optimization.
  • Experience in designing software solutions focused on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Full-stack development experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to establish credibility and influence across diverse personality types.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong partnership and vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and enhance relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Resourceful with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing tasks, taking initiative, identifying new opportunities, and executing them effectively.
