We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare in the L'Orginal-area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to deliver excellent nursing and personal care.
- Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Effective, compassionate, and supportive interaction with others.
- Respect for residents' individuality and need for self-respect and privacy.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Statutes.
- Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Clear Criminal Record check.
