Opportunity Overview

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer travel compensation and accommodation packages to support your work-life balance.

Job Description

As an RPN with RhynoCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Your duties will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
• Utilizing sound nursing practice principles to ensure excellent nursing care
• Ensuring timely and accessible admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Managing medications and narcotics safely and effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Able to work with persons with infectious diseases
• BLS Certificate
• Valid First Aid & CPR
• Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV)
• Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
