Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
