Food Service Team Lead

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties and sanitation procedures, and estimating ingredient and supply requirements.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and ensure that all food service staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
