Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team at KidStrong of Macleod Trail. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our science-based curriculum to children, while also educating parents on the benefits of our program.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy and engaging coaching sessions to children aged 15 months to 11 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians
  • Communicate effectively with parents on the benefits and progress of their children
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices
  • Contribute to the growth and success of KidStrong of Macleod Trail through your passion, energy, and dedication
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Experience coaching children in a similar age range (15 months to 11 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CPR certification and a police background check
