About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Evelyn's Coffee Bar Banff. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and assist kitchen staff as needed.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to add a touch of elegance.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Work Environment
