About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sidi Capital Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other relevant skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Lead and Motivate the Team

Lead and motivate our food service team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor who can lead and motivate our team to deliver excellent customer service. You will have a strong background in food service operations, with experience in supervising and coordinating staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player
