Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Representative to join our team at WELL Health Diagnostic Centres. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for patients and healthcare providers
- Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments and procedures
- Process and direct patients following established procedures and documentation requirements
- Assist patients with coordination and communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
- Operate office equipment and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all company and government regulations
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
- Computer literacy and typing speed of 35wpm
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adherence to PHIPA and ability to maintain competence in position
