Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Attendant to join our team at 11975412 CANADA CORPORATION. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care and support, including performing duties related to patient comfort and safety.
- Communicate Effectively: Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise Patient Activities: Supervise patients' exercise routines and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain Inventory and Supplies: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
- Transport Patients: Transport patients between care facilities and within the facility, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
- Answer Call Signals: Respond promptly to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide assistance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
