Job Title: Patient Care Representative

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Representative to join our team at MyHealth Centre. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for patients and visitors
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments and procedures
  • Process patient documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to healthcare providers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
  • Computer literacy and typing speed of 35wpm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
