About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Manager. In this key position, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Store Manager in managing the store's human, physical, and financial resources.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that store objectives are achieved by improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor. You will work closely with the management team to maintain Store Standards, which include optimizing customer experience, driving customer traffic, and positively impacting store profitability.

You will also have the opportunity to help manage labor scheduling and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labor productivity. Additionally, you will support the hiring process for all departments, excluding Pharmacy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent planning, judgment, and decision-making skills. You should also have efficient time management skills, effective organization and planning skills, and previous retail management experience.

Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, lead by example, and support corporate programs is essential. You will work effectively with the management team and take ownership of your work to find more ways to care about patients, coworkers, customers, and the community.
