Responsibilities and GoalsReporting to the Director - Public Works
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of public facilities, equipment, and buildings. This includes ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and meet the needs of the community.
The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public works operations, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Additionally, the Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that public works operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the municipality.
