We are seeking a dedicated Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and lead a team of employees at beBee Professionals in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
