Human Resources Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of HR processes with KORE's strategic priorities and Enterprise Apps systems strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS capabilities and be able to influence processes and practices to ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure all team member changes related to onboarding, payroll, performance management, and offboarding are completed to meet data integrity standards and compliance requirements.
* Participate in regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Develop, generate, and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for HR strategies and decision-making.
* Support and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics and trends.
Key Qualifications
* At least four (4) years of experience working with core HR data in a commercial payroll or HR system (WorkDay experience preferred).
* Excellent knowledge of HRMS, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
* Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products.
* An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the 'as is'.
* Excellent operational skills, e.g., processes, procedures, data analysis.
* Excellent HR experience and knowledge.
* Client-focused and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
