Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year (based on Toronto's market rate).
Job Description:
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and account management, designing and implementing machine learning models, collaborating with data scientists, pre-processing and analyzing large datasets, ensuring the development and maintenance of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, optimizing and fine-tuning machine learning algorithms, staying current with industry trends and best practices in AI and Machine Learning, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
For this role, we are looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI related model development, proficiency in programming languages Python and SQL, strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, knowledge of data processing tools and data visualization tools, familiarity with cloud platforms and their machine learning services, solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML) is required.
